Collins
Created by a chap called John Collins, a bartender at Limmer’s Hotel, Conduit Street, London around 1800.
Today this classic drink comes in many different modern varieties, here are a few of our favourites.
Raspberry Collins £5.90
Finlandia Vodka, raspberry puree, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice sweetened with sugar and topped with soda.

Fresh mint and limes are muddled together, we add a splash of lemon juice and sweeten with sugar, a large Bacardi Oro (a rum blended with 14 different Bacardi rums of varying ages) and finished with soda.

Fresh mint and limes muddled together, raspberry puree, lemon juice and sugar with Bacardi Oro and Chambord raspberry liqueur, churned and topped with soda.
Kiwi Mojito £5.90

Fresh limes muddled with Havana Club Anejo Especial Rum and topped with cola.
Cuban Oranges £6.50
This short drink served over crushed ice sees the marriage of fresh limes muddled together with soft brown sugar, charged with our house infused vanilla 7-year-old Havana Club rum and laced with Mandarine Napoleon. Finished with freshly squeezed orange zest.
